Products must be undamaged and in their original packaging. Please email us to let me know what you are returning.
The delivery costs for returns must be covered by the customer and the customer is responsible for ensuring the package arrives safely and undamaged; a tracked/insured service is advisable to cover for any loss of damage.

Please note that unless faulty, returns cannot be accepted on Made to Order/ Bespoke products, this includes Fabric, Wallpaper and Loungewear as well as other products where indicated.
